Reiki Programs

Many systems of Reiki have emerged since the practice was developed in Japan in the early 1900s. Over the years, I have explored and practiced a few of the main ones before choosing to tea ch 3 of them: the traditional Japanese system, contemporary Western form and one individualized designed for healthcare users and professionals as well as those who simply seek an introduction to the practice of Reiki.
1 - USUI REIKI RYOHO - traditional Japanese certification training
Usui Reiki Ryoho (traditional Japanese style) is the system developed by Frans Stiene and Bronwen Logan, Reiki Teachers and founders of the International House of Reiki. It is a thorough program based on years of research, studies and practice in Japan. This program gives students a solid foundation of the way the Usui system of Reiki was traditionally understood and practiced in Japan, as a path to wholeness. This approach focuses on self-healing, inner-work and personal development.
- REIKI Level I - Shoden: $220 (2 day-class - 10 hours training)
- REIKI Level II - Okuden: $220 (2 day-class - 6 hours training)
- REIKI Level III - Shinpiden/Teacher Training: $420 (2 day-class) and $580 (3 day-class)
2- HOLY FIRE REIKI - Western certification training
Holy Fire Reiki (contemporary Western style) is a new form of Reiki developed in the West in 2014 by William Rand Reiki Master Teacher and President of ICRT. It is a unique system that carries a specific vibrational energy (Holy Fire). This system evolved from the Usui/Tibetan system of Reiki, also created by William Rand in the 1980s, to adapt to our Western mind and time, as we enter a new phase of global transformation. It is offered to those who are called to receive it. For more information about Holy Fire Reiki please visit my page "Reiki Evolving" and/or feel free to contact me.

Reiki levels

Reiki I is the beginning of your journey of exploration and self-discovery through the practice of meditation, reflection with the Reiki Precepts and hands-on healing for yourself and others. No prerequisite.
Reiki II leads students to consolidate foundational concepts from their Reiki I class, learn and internalize additional tools and techniques allowing them to go deeper to practice Reiki remotely, beyond time and space. Reiki level I is required for this class.
Reiki III/Teacher level leads students to go deeper into their own personal experience and practice of Reiki, and take their first step into their own mastery. Reiki III is a powerful class that empowers and guides students to connect with and embody their own inner-light to "be Reiki" in the world. Completion of this class also allows students to teach if they chose to do so. A minimum of 6 months period after Reiki II is recommended to take the mastership level.
Karuna Reiki® leads Reiki Masters to learn additional tools to move further into their life. Karuna means "compassion in action", toward ourselves and others. The additional symbols and experiences offered in this class aim at bringing deeper levels of healing and empowerment to increase our light and expand it further within ourselves and into the world. A minimum of 6 months period to a year is recommended after Reiki III to take the Karuna level.

Reiki Lineage

My lineage includes both the Japanese (Usui Reiki Ryoho) and Western (Usui/Tibetan and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki) lineages, and so it will be for my students.
I completed all my levels of training in the Usui/Tibetan system of Reiki and Usui/Holy Fire Reiki with William Rand, Reiki Master and President of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). I took my first Karuna Reiki® Master training and Reiki Crystal Healing certification with Laurelle Shanti Gaia and Michael Baird, ICRT Licensed Reiki Master Teachers. I also studied with Colleen Benelli, another ICRT Licensed Reiki Master Teacher during the Holy Fire II Reiki retreat in Hawaii in 2016.
I was fortunate to receive the initiation to Usui Teate in 2014 (Chris Marsh lineage) from Pascal Wallyn, Reiki Master Teacher and Usui/Holy Fire Karuna Reiki® Representative in France. This led me to discover the Kototama principle and use of sacred sounds that are now part of my personal practice and field of study.
I am currently training in the practice of the traditional Japanese system of Reiki, called "Usui Reiki Ryoho" with Frans Stiene, Reiki Teacher and founder of the International House of Reiki, to deepen my experience and understanding of Reiki from a more traditional perspective.
I completed my Reiki training in Japan in 2018 with Frank Arjava Petter and Tadao Yamaguchi, Reiki Teachers and founders of Jikiden Reiki (Kyoto).
Finally, I wish to express my deep gratitude to all my Reiki teachers which includes Ramaa Krishnan, founder of Full Bloomed Lotus Center for Self-Awareness, with whom I studied for many years and who was my first Reiki Teacher.
